A children’s nutrition workshop in my home in Lower Morden, covering key nutrients for children (toddlers through primary school years) and where to get them. I’ll share recipes and tasters, and host a discussion about fussy eaters and how to help your children eat well and develop a positive relationship with food for now and the rest of their lives.
